About the role

<p>As Guest Relations Executive, you are the first and last impression of Indo Zaika. You will own reservations, special occasions, returning guests, and the small details that make a dining experience feel personal.</p>

Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations across phone, email, and online channels
  • Build and maintain a guest profile system — preferences, allergies, anniversaries
  • Greet guests on arrival, manage seating, and handle special requests
  • Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to deliver exceptional moments
  • Handle feedback gracefully and follow up thoughtfully

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years in hospitality, ideally in a premium hotel or fine-dining venue
  • Native Japanese fluency; conversational English required
  • Warm, composed, and detail-oriented personality
  • Comfort with reservation systems and modern restaurant tooling
  • Genuine love of hospitality and food culture
