About the role
<p>As Guest Relations Executive, you are the first and last impression of Indo Zaika. You will own reservations, special occasions, returning guests, and the small details that make a dining experience feel personal.</p>
Responsibilities
- Manage reservations across phone, email, and online channels
- Build and maintain a guest profile system — preferences, allergies, anniversaries
- Greet guests on arrival, manage seating, and handle special requests
- Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to deliver exceptional moments
- Handle feedback gracefully and follow up thoughtfully
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in hospitality, ideally in a premium hotel or fine-dining venue
- Native Japanese fluency; conversational English required
- Warm, composed, and detail-oriented personality
- Comfort with reservation systems and modern restaurant tooling
- Genuine love of hospitality and food culture
